Center for AI & Ministry (CAIM)

Center for AI & Ministry (CAIM) is the consulting, training, and strategic formation hub, created to lead churches into a new era where faith and artificial intelligence work together with wisdom, integrity, and technical excellence. CAIM walks alongside churches in this moment and helps them move forward as confident, discerning, and innovative leaders in the AI age.

What CAIM provides

CAIM exists to support churches with practical systems, ethics, readiness, and leadership formation. The work is centered on ministry use, not technology for its own sake.

CAIM provides

  • Design and setup of independent Church AI systems: secure, managed, and auditable AI environments tailored to each context.
  • AI Ethics and AI Use Policy development: clear, theologically grounded governance frameworks covering data protection, transparency, bias, pastoral boundaries, and accountability.
  • Readiness assessment and workflow analysis: surveys, interviews, process mapping, and a strategic roadmap for responsible adoption.
  • Training, courses, and leadership formation: practical workshops and high-level seminars for pastors, church leaders, and denominational bodies.
  • Ongoing consultation and technical partnership: continuous advisory support, system optimization, and policy guidance as AI evolves.

The church's calling remains unchanged: love God, love people, and bear faithful witness to Christ. CAIM exists to ensure churches actively shape AI rather than being shaped by it.
