CAIM works with churches, pastors, seminaries and missionary groups to promote church AI ministry with a solid theological foundation, clear ethical identification and practical artificial intelligence solutions. We provide research, consulting, policy formulation, leadership training, AI transformation planning and ministry tools to support preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, missions and church administration, helping the church glorify the Lord and serve all peoples more wisely and powerfully in the new era.
The Centre for AI & Ministry (CAIM) brings theological reflection, ethical governance, AI application, church training, and strategic counsel into one ministry platform. We help faith communities move beyond chasing technology to shape its appropriate use through clear mission, mature discernment, and responsible practice.
In the age of AI, the church needs not just tools, but also spiritual discernment.
感謝主，CAIM 近月舉辦多場免費公開講座，與不同教會領袖、牧者、家長、教育工作者和弟兄姊妹，一同思考 AI 時代對信仰、學習、家庭、教會事工和下一代塑造所帶來的挑戰與機遇。感謝主有不少人已參加，並表示我們的講座非常實用及具啟發性。而暑期已到，公開講座會暫停兩個月，9月再次推出不同主題的講座，幫助教會群體不只是認識 AI，更學習在智慧與信仰中作出回應。4-6月多場免費公開講座已順利完成，不少參加者回應講座內容實用且具啟發性，9月將推出另一系列不同主題的講座。
我們特別感恩地分享：CAIM 計劃將 DX Sermon 免費開放給在職宣教士使用，包括全職及帶職宣教士。我們知道，不少宣教士在前線服侍，面對資源有限、同工不足、時間緊張、跨文化適應和牧養壓力。若 AI 能夠幫助他們減輕講章預備、資料整理和事工支援上的負擔，讓他們有更多心力投放在牧養、門訓、佈道和關顧生命上，這正是 CAIM 很重要的使命。我們盼望科技不是為了取代人的服侍，而是更好地支持那些願意為福音擺上的主僕。
CAIM 近月積極聯絡不同宗派教會，商議協助他們按其實際處境、事工需要、人手資源和成熟程度，逐步建立合宜的 AI 應用方向。我們盼望協助不同教會與宗派，不只是零散地試用工具，而是按處境系統化地建立合宜的 AI 使用步驟，包括教牧同工及領袖培訓、教會 AI 使用守則、事工流程優化、AI 工具導入、私隱與資料安全意識、青少年與家庭 AI 教育，以及面向未來的教會 AI 策略規劃。
總幹事劉建良牧師 (Francis) 與副總幹事翁昌顥弟兄 (Charles) 正籌備新一輪的 AI 課程及訓練，期望能讓教會及弟兄姊妹能在 AI 閃電般的發展速度下，仍能透過 CAIM 的訓練善用最能協助教會宣講福音、造就門徒的工作。新一輪課程與訓練將繼續結合理論與實務，幫助教會與信徒更具方向地面對 AI 迅速變化帶來的衝擊。請大家為兩位的忠心與辛勞切切禱告，也求主使用這些裝備工作祝福更多教會與弟兄姊妹。
CAIM accompanies the church to start from faith reflection, establish clear usage boundaries, and appropriately apply AI in actual ministries, helping the church not to blindly pursue or passively escape in the AI era, but to move forward faithfully, wisely, and responsibly.
Help pastors, leaders, and believers to rethink the challenges that AI brings to people, wisdom, creation, authority, pastoral care, discipleship, and the mission of the church. Let the church not just ask "can AI be used?" but first ask "how to use it to be loyal to the Christian faith."
Help churches establish clear and feasible principles for the use of AI to deal with issues such as data privacy, transparency, bias, pastoral boundaries, youth safety, accountability mechanisms and church policies, so that co-workers and believers can use it with peace of mind and with boundaries.
Help churches implement AI in sermon preparation, administrative processes, meeting minutes, church knowledge base, discipleship training, faith education, missionary support and church communication, reducing the pressure on co-workers and freeing up more time for pastoral care, care and mission practice.
From faith identification to practical application, CAIM accompanies churches and individuals step by step to establish appropriate, credible, and sustainable ways of using AI.
Assess church needs, formulate AI usage policies, train co-workers and leaders, and tailor ministry application processes suitable for the church.
Following DX Sermon, more tools to assist churches in AI transformation will be gradually launched to support preaching, administration, knowledge management and ministry coordination.
Provide 1-1 or group training to help pastors, leaders, believers and professionals master the latest AI tools and establish personalized AI workflows.
Through lectures, workshops, consulting support and the latest AI information, we help churches and individuals continue to learn, discern and practice amid rapid changes.
DX Sermon helps pastors, preachers, seminarians and believers start from the scriptures to conduct multi-dimensional research, exegetical analysis, sermon planning and Bible study material preparation. It is not intended to replace users' prayer, meditation and Bible exegesis, but to become an enlightening, in-depth Bible study space that can promote faith reflection.
CAIM hopes to work with frontline gospel workers and relieve missionaries from the burden of sermon preparation, message organization and church service, so that they can focus more on their core missions of pastoral care, discipleship and evangelism.
CAIM hosts public lectures, practical workshops and courses, internal church training and denominational leadership seminars to help churches build clear understanding, practical capabilities and mature discernment in the AI era.
